Every source LeadRadar reads, with its access status. No source involves unauthorised scraping or bypassing a provider's technical restrictions.

Tiers
- Tier 1 · Official or open API. Public, government or open-by-design data.
- Tier 2 · Official API, development licence. Used for demo and evaluation; commercial licensing required at scale.
- Tier 3 · Public fetch, robots.txt respected. Company-owned public pages read with an identifiable user agent, rate limits, no login or CAPTCHA bypass.
- Excluded. Sources whose terms forbid automated access.

Provenance
Every piece of evidence stores URL, collection date, content hash and access tier; quotes and hashes do not authorise unlimited copying, and raw text retention respects source rights.
