Notice of processing (Art. 14)
The information we give when we obtained your professional contact data from a public source rather than from you. This template is attached to the first message a customer sends.
Template
Why you are receiving this. Your professional role and address were published by your employer on [exact public source, e.g. company careers page, collected on date]. LeadRadar [legal entity, registration number, registered address] processed them on behalf of [customer name] under legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to prepare a message relevant to your role about [service], prompted by a public event at your company: [the cited evidence].
What we hold. Name, role, professional e-mail, the source and the date. Nothing else. No profile of you was built.
Your choices. Reply "unsubscribe" or use this link: [one-click opt-out]. We stop immediately and across all our workflows. You may also request access, correction or erasure at dpo@leadradar.example, and complain to your supervisory authority.
Retention. 12 months from last purposeful use, or until you object.
AI notice. This message was drafted with AI assistance from cited public facts and reviewed and sent by a person.
When it is sent
With the first contact, within one month of collection at the latest, and never after a suppression entry exists. The four required elements (operator, exact source, legal basis with the role rationale, working opt-out) are hard-coded in the draft pipeline and cannot be removed by a user.
Items highlighted like this are filled in per customer or before launch. We describe controls we operate; we do not present GDPR compliance, AI Act conformity or ISO certification as achieved results until verified.
